If we want to use the relatively inexpensive Cr8Mo2VSi series DC53, the hardness can only be 58-60HRC, otherwise it is prone to breakage. To be safer, we can use the 8566 II reinforced type with a hardness of 59-62HRC, which has better anti cracking performance and coating effect than DC53.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The punch is mainly considered for its anti cracking performance and high strength. 8566 anti collapse steel with a hardness of 58-60HRC can be used first. For those that are prone to wear in the future, a coating can be applied to solve the wear resistance problem. If the cost is sufficient, the punch can be made of PM23 powder high-speed steel with a hardness of HRC64-66, which has high hardness and good strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
