Factors such as the feeding method and channel size of the mold can also affect the failure of mold erosion or cracking. So I reminded him whether the feeding method and mold structure are reasonable. If there are structural problems, you need to optimize them first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Zhou said that due to the problem of core pulling at the inlet of the adhesive, the pressure is reduced and the product cannot be pressed brightly. When the pressure is increased, the inner hole is pulled and the product is very thin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aluminum liquid is easily eroded when facing the core pulling punch, so it is best to change the feeding direction, which is the key. LG&#8217;s toughness is 8-9 times that of DC53, with a hardness of 54-58HRC. Its toughness is so good that it does not break even when bent.
