 Another great day has come to an end. Although I had a couple of inquiries from clients who couldn\u2019t afford our products, which left me feeling a bit down for a moment, we\u2019ve got plenty of orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was particularly surprised by a large order from Xiamen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When she inquired last week, the buyer didn\u2019t know the first thing about the product, yet she asked us to quote based on the order specifications. I assumed she was just shopping around for prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But their attitude was sincere, so I provided a quote. However, they rejected certain contract terms, and I refused to amend them, leaving us at an impasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I concluded they weren\u2019t a client for me. Plus, I was away on a long trip last week and too busy traveling to respond to their messages. (I generally dislike inquiries that only ask for prices without mentioning the operating conditions; I usually provide answers out of politeness.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yesterday she contacted us again, asking to amend the contract, and I flatly refused. Today she asked me again if we accept bank acceptance bills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With such a fussy client, I really wanted to hang up, but since she\u2019s a woman and hasn\u2019t once lost her temper with me over the past four or five days of communication, I\u2019ve had to patiently answer her questions\u2014though I never expected an order; I was just being polite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But unexpectedly, the payment came through this afternoon. The moment I saw the transfer, I was stunned, still wondering to myself, \u201cHow did you end up placing the order?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compare that to the other two: one asked me to send him some 8566 die\u00a0steel<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to try, while the other told me not to ask any questions\u2014just tell him if we had the material and how much it cost per kilogram. The contrast is striking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This comparison makes me realize that the people who buy your mold steel<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0are polite, while those who don\u2019t are downright hostile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
