So far this morning, the most valuable order has come from an injection molding factory that\u2019s back to purchase high-toughness LG mold steel<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Although he\u2019s a frequent repeat customer, I still get a little excited every time I see an order from him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 I\u2019m impressed by how often he places orders, the large order amounts, and how smoothly and promptly he pays\u2014without any fuss. Anyone would be happy to have a client like this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0But you know what? This client\u2019s molds really do require high-toughness LG mold steel<\/strong>. His operating conditions are quite harsh. He\u2019d already tried three or four different types of mold steel<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0before\u2014either they cracked or wore out\u2014and nothing seemed to work right. It wasn\u2019t until he came to me and started using LG mold steel that his molds started running smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 He\u2019s injection molding PPS+65% GF, PPS, PBT, and PA\u2014all high-temperature materials rated for 120\u00b0C. With high glass fiber content, they\u2019re prone to wear and tear, and the parts are relatively thin. Currently, the inserts are prone to breaking and wear. 440C, Fushun S136, and S139 all cracked, and he\u2019s tried both imported and domestic S136<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Given the high glass fiber content in his molds, which require high wear resistance, combined with the thin-walled inserts and the current breakage issues, the mold stee<\/strong>l must prioritize toughness. Considering the mold\u2019s need for both high hardness and high toughness, as well as past successful case studies, I recommended that he use high-toughness LG mold stee<\/strong>l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Since LG is a proprietary high-toughness mold steel<\/strong> developed by Yuhui Company, its toughness is 8 to 9 times that of DC53, with a hardness of HRC 54\u201358. It is so tough that it won\u2019t break even if you bend it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Just as Mr. Yu said, LG mold steel<\/strong> combines hardness with toughness. Even 60-meter-long heat-treated hard steel scraps left over from wire cutting won\u2019t break when bent 180 degrees; they even spring back after the force is released. LG offers both toughness and rigidity, and it\u2019s been snapped up by a group of friends in the plastic mold industry\u2014it works exceptionally well for wire-cutting slender cores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Now that customers are placing large, high-frequency orders, it\u2019s clear that LG mold steel has solved their problems with mold wear and breakage. Using LG mold steel to prevent mold cracking is like stepping into a liberated zone\u2014seeing these big orders from good customers makes me very happy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
