The data for the 299th live stream was normal, but it received two positive reviews and reactivated one dormant follower.blog 248

Last night, July 17, 2026, I hosted a one-hour live stream—my 299th live stream.

The live stream reached 9,579 people, had 657 viewers, with an average watch time of 1.67 minutes per viewer. The average number of concurrent viewers was 15, with a peak of 24, and I gained 10 new followers.

The metrics for this livestream were similar to the last one, but it was very rewarding. There were a lot of people asking questions, I received two positive reviews, and I even managed to re-engage a long-dormant follower.

The first positive review stated that LG is the nemesis of red copper.

He works with cold-extruded red copper. He had previously tried many types of die steel, all of which resulted in die cracking, with a maximum die life of 5,000–10,000 cycles. However, now that he’s using Yuhui’s high-toughness LG die steel, the die life has increased to 50,000 cycles—at least a fivefold improvement—and he’s very pleased.

The second positive review mentioned that the 8566 aluminum is non-stick and produces very little aluminum shavings—thumbs up!

Both of these reviews are very direct and specific, which has boosted my confidence and serves as a great reference for other users, so I’m really happy about them.

Receiving positive feedback from viewers during every livestream is the greatest value of my livestreaming and what attracts me to it the most.

After I went offline last night, I noticed a comment from a viewer: “The person I just mentioned in the live stream—the one with the sharp corners—said that with corners this sharp, they’ll crack after just a thousand or so pieces.”

Looking back at the live stream comments, I found that he was stamping 3mm-thick 45 steel. The product has two sharp corners, and he’s currently using 8566 steel with a 4-cut design; the corners crack after just a thousand or so pieces.

Reaching out to a dormant follower and learning more about the situation was another benefit of this livestream.

Although 8566 steel from the fourth-tier suppliers is cheap, it’s prone to cracking and has very poor performance—a fact that has been confirmed once again. Only by understanding the market can you recognize your own strengths.

In today’s market, the goal isn’t to address your weaknesses, but to maximize your strengths to the fullest.
