The second order that made me happy today is for Mr. Yang, who makes terminal blades, to purchase high toughness LG die steel again. The purchase quantity this time is 30 pieces.
After more than a month, I received another repurchase order, which was still a bulk purchase. This is a recognition of the quality and performance of LG die steel, and I am willing to pay for it. I am definitely happy.

LG is a high toughness die steel exclusive to Yuhui Company. LG’s toughness is 8-9 times that of DC53, with a hardness of 54-58HRC. Its toughness is so good that it does not break even when bent. LG produces terminal blades, and many customers have reported a lifespan of over 1 million times, while blades made of other steels generally have a lifespan of 300000 to 500000 times.

Mr. Lin’s terminal blades from Huizhou are made of LG die steel and have been produced 1 million times without cracking or wear, helping him regain his dignity and securing orders.
Mr. Lin’s terminal riveting blade, originally made of DC53 with a hardness of 56-58HRC, is prone to cracking. Using other die steels has insufficient wear resistance and the blade tip is prone to wear and tear.
Sometimes when I send blades over, I thought I would have tea, chat, and connect with customers, but before they leave, the workshop comes to complain that the newly replaced blade has broken again. It’s really embarrassing!
Mr. Lin said, “Since I started using LG die steel, I haven’t been anxious anymore. Every time the goods are delivered, I can rest assured to drink tea and brag. It’s done right, and there’s no problem with charging one million times. My peers can’t handle it, and the orders are all mine.
Not only Mr. Lin said so, but several customers who make terminal blades do the same. LG die steel makes terminal blades with a lifespan of over 1 million times, while blades made of other steels generally wear out or crack after 300000 to 500000 times.
LG die steel was used to crack the mold, and one foot stepped into the liberated area.
