The best news today is that Midea has once again placed an order with Yuhui for non-stick 8503 mold steel. This marks the third consecutive year they’ve placed an order with us, and they’re paying in cash.
For Midea’s tapered dies, they initially used Cr12MoV, which was prone to sticking and scratching. Later, they tried DC53, domestically produced SKH51, and Japanese-imported SKH51—all of which were prone to powder adhesion, leading to product scratches. However, once they switched to non-stick 8503 mold steel, the problem was solved. That is why Midea has been purchasing 8503 mold steel from us for three consecutive years.
The fact that a publicly traded company—and a Fortune 500 company at that—has made cash purchases for three consecutive years demonstrates that they recognize the performance of 8503 mold steel, are highly satisfied with it, and consider it irreplaceable.
